UniWigs offers free US shipping on orders over $129 and free worldwide shipping on orders over $200. Please note that a $60 fee applies to shipping in remote areas.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs duties and taxes are excluded from the shipping fee we charged.

UniWigs utilizes reliable express carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS and other express delivery lines for global shipping.
Additional delivery lines are utilized to help avoid high customs duties at the destination. As a result, these packages may experience longer shipping times.

Processing Time
Please note the processing time highlighted in red on the product page. This indicates the time required from when an order is placed until it is shipped. Processing times vary for each product based on its specifications and can range from a few business days to several weeks, depending on inventory status and restocking times. If there are any issues with your shipping information, we will contact you within 24 hours.

About Customs Duties and Taxes
If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are excluded from the $29.89 shipping fee we charge. Customs duties in the recipient's country/region are the customer's responsibility.
This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by UniWigs.

About Remote Areas’ Surcharges
Please note that your shipment may incur fees in addition to its base rate if your shipping address is designated as REMOTE.
Within the US, shipments to certain ZIP codes in remote areas are delivered by USPS. Additional surcharges apply, and transit times are extended to these areas by 3–5 business days.
International shipments destined to and/or originating from remote and less accessible locations listed in the International Out-of-Delivery-Area Surcharge and International Out-of-Pickup-Area Surcharge ZIP and postal code list are subject to additional fees.
Please note that our free shipping policy does not cover surcharges for remote rural areas. If your area is designated as a remote area, our customer service will contact you to pay the additional shipping charges. We appreciate your understanding.

Additional Notes
Please be aware that lost packages are the responsiblity of the carrier and not UniWigs. Optional ROUTE shipping insurance is available to provide replacement or reimbursment in the case of lost or damaged shipments. We highly recommend purchasing this service due to the high value of UniWigs packages.

If you waive the signature service, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the package once it occurs.
If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address, as there are varying time limits in which we can do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it.
There will be a $17 shipping cost ($29.89 for international orders) for reshipment.
If your shipping address is a military address, please contact customer service to confirm before placing an order, as restrictions on the military addresses we can ship to may vary.

ROUTE Shipping Protection
UniWigs offers the option for customers to buy shipping insurance at checkout. Please turn off the option box at checkout if you'd like to decline this service.
Route is a third-party application that helps track your order and ensures the protection of shipments in case of lost or stolen. They can provide reimbursement for missing packages or stuck packages.
If you buy Route Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions on how to file a claim if necessary.

According to ROUTE's policy:
Claims for orders lost in transit must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update.
Claims for stolen orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered.
