6 Simple & Natural Home Remedies for Hair Loss
Losing hair is normal. In fact, we each lose about 50 to 100 strands of hair a day. However, many people suffer from more intense hair loss, where a lot more hair strands are lost each day.
Common causes for hair loss can include a nutritional deficiency, an iron deficiency, genetics, hormonal imbalances, stress, aging, medications, or certain medical conditions like PCOS, autoimmune diseases, and thyroid disorders. It is always important to visit a healthcare professional first to determine the underlying cause of your hair loss and to gain a professional diagnosis and advice.
Our diets can contribute to our hair health and eating certain foods can be beneficial to hair growth. While eating these foods may not promise any fast results, eating a well-balanced diet can contribute to a healthy body and make you feel better equipped to deal with stress.
Here we will list the top foods in the kitchen that may help to stimulate hair regrowth and enhance the hair that you have.

1. Oil Scalp Massage
An oil scalp massage can help to reduce hair loss, as it increases blood flow to your hair follicles, conditions your scalp, and strengthens the roots to grow properly and quickly. This process also reduces stress and promotes relaxation. An oil scalp massage also has the benefit of preventing dandruff, as well as allowing hair to grow healthy, smooth, and shiny.
Method 1
1. Use any hair oil such as coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, castor oil or jojoba oil. Optionally, you can add a few drops of rosemary oil to the hair oil as well.
2. Pour a few drops of the oil into your palms and rub them together to warm up the oil.
3. Next, apply the oil to your hair and scalp and massage gently with your fingertips.
4. Leave the oil in for three hours or more and then rinse with shampoo and water.
5. Repeat two times a week.
Method 2
Ingredients:
• Rosemary oil – 5 drops
• Carrot oil – 3 drops
• Geranium oil – 3 drops
