We're so proud to run and operate our own factories so that we control everything from the raw hair material to the hair styling products that we use on our products before shipping out. the factory
Our factory is located in Guizhou, a landlocked province in the southwest region of China. Our factory owns a bright and open working area with over 150 staffs. Each craftsman has their own worktable with advanced tools, equipment, and lighting, so that they can craft on a capacious and bright space comfortably and happily.

The working time is eight hours a day, and five days a week. Besides, our employees enjoy two daily meals, weekends, holiday leave, holiday welfare, worker insurance, and bonus. The average employee age is 36 and 95% of our craftsmen are women. Most of our staff are from local communities and they are wives and mothers.
Love & caring
To help them to support their families and take good care of their kids, we invest in a daycare inside the factory with the help of the local government. So far, we have donated a total of 200 books and 150 pieces of toys to this workplace daycare this year.
skills come from life
Guizhou Province is often referred to as the Miao homeland. Everybody in Miao People is very skilled at handicrafts, such as embroidering, weaving, paper-cutting, batik, and jewelry casting. And that's the reason why choose Guizhou as a factory location. All the employee in our factory learns the hand-tied skills fast and they become very deft after only several days of practice. Based on their years of handcrafting experience, they can do their work finely and elaborately.
