Please be aware that lost packages are the responsibility of the carrier, not UniWigs. If your package is lost, we can contact the carrier to open a case within 1 month of the delivery date. After this period, the carrier will not accept inquiries. While we will assist with the claim, reimbursement is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for lost packages once they are in transit.
For added peace of mind, optional ROUTE shipping insurance is available to provide replacement or reimbursement for lost or damaged shipments. We highly recommend purchasing the ROUTE shipping protection service due to the high value of UniWigs packages.
